The company
Founded in 1992, Avicor has become a leader in both the construction and interior design industry in Eastern Canada and the United States, with a team of architects and subtrades.
Alongside its ultra-modern, sleek office interiors, Avicor has completed several LEED projects, committed to innovative and environmentally sustainable options.
The mandate
While Avicor's reputation and code of ethics stood tall, its branding and identity were due for a redesign. For its 25th anniversary, the company launched a mandate to rebrand all print and digital elements.
Point7 Digital was selected to refresh the Avicor brand: a new visual identity, print collaterals, environmental signage and website development.
The branding
Inspired by Avicor's sophisticated interior design projects, with their discreet finishes and orderly lines, we proposed a thinner sans-serif font with a modified “A” and “R”, while the “C” and “O” are paralleled in both curve and kern.
The result is a contemporary eponym with finer, steadier lines and an understated European flair, while preserving the founder's initials and spirit.
The collaterals
The print collaterals follow the same minimalist approach. Dark grey set behind a lighter grey, a request from the client, highlights the refined logo.
The website
Along with the rebrand, Avicor asked us to redesign its website and align its online marketing with the new brand. We rebuilt it on WordPress for easy content management and future updates.
The minimalist composition carries through the site with oversized images and minimal text. The site was designed with user experience first, pairing intuitive navigation with a clean, straightforward look, and works on mobile and tablet.
