The Challenge

Social media marketing was not at the forefront of Clinic Physiotherapie de Montreal’s initial plans. But with one successful clinic established, Clinique Physiotherapy opened a second clinic and soon realized they lacked a cohesive and uniform online marketing plan. Desperate to fill their appointment book at the new location, their goal was to increase booked appointments. Without a marketing team on staff, outsourcing a social media agency for their social media marketing was an obvious alternative.

Our Solution

Our social media consultants redesigned their website and simultaneously worked on content to launch their Facebook page and Twitter account to access a wider audience. We set up a Google Plus page and got their locations ranked higher on Google Maps. We used statistical analysis to estable when our content posts received the most views and shares and adjusted our article and infographic posts accordingly.

Clinique Physiotherapie has seen an increase in appointments booked via their websites. The articles and graphics posted on their facebook page and website has also helped them rank on the first page of Google. They have gained visibility and increased brand aware as well as solidify customer loyalty.
