Social media marketing takes this bridal shop to the next level

The Challenge

Although Sposina Luisa had been around for over a decade, they had no online presence and had not engaged in any form of social media marketing. Not knowing where or how to begin, they turned to us for an action plan to establish themselves online and increase their brand awareness.

Our Solution

We relaunched their website, established a Pinterest and Instagram account and focused on building their Facebook page. We used social media marketing to create brand awareness and increase customer engagement by launching a giveaway campaign to compel a growing audience to shop in their retail store.

We doubled the amount of followers on their Facebook page, increased audience participation and set a more contemporary tone for their brand. An increase in appointments and sales at the retail store were also evident.
